Injections to relieve joint pains
- Cortisone injection: Relieves Joint pain by reducing inflammation.
- Gel injection: Relieves Joint pain by providing lubrication for the joint. (Prior Authorization from insurance is required).
- PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Injection: Patient’s blood is withdrawn and machine spun to separate the healing cells (platelets) and concentrate them about 1000 times. These healing cells are then injected in the joint or tendon to promote healing.
- Mesenchymal STEM CELL Injection (Exosome Therapy): Stem cells in fetus are responsible for producing all body tissues. These from Umbilical Cord (Wharton’s Jelly) are injected in the joint or tendon to promote healing and regeneration of tissues
